AL Qinawy Holdings is preparing to establish and venture into Octocity Engineering Company to undertake the engineering contract of the first phase of Octocity Project. Ward and Smith P.A. appointed as the Legal Counsel in the USA On October 8th 2009, AL Qinawy Holding and Ward and Smith P.A. have reached an agreement to enter the law firm into engagement to represent the company in the USA and to manage all legal matters in relations to Octocity Project. Octocity scaled down by 10% to 1,458,000,000m2 AL Qinawy Holdings is revising the designs of the layouts and few elements of Octocity Project in order to match the 10% size reduction of the entire Project Zone to suite the proposed Location in the Pamlico Sounds in both Hyde and Dare Counties in North Carolina. |
